Anyone Know What This Could Be?

Honestly I wouldn't jump to the conclusion of infection. It just sounds like a hemroid (yes even dogs can get them). Has she had puppies recently or been constipated? Those could be 2 causes. If it is in fact a hemroid the vet can easily remove it and your dog will feel much better. If it's something worse then the vet can handle it accordingly. Good luck!
