Pregnant. I'm swollen help.?

I'm 39 weeks. Just got up to go to the toilet and i noticed whilst i was walking that my feet are wobbling on top. They have swollen overnight. My blood pressure is not high, i've checked. I'm been getting back pains and aches 4 the last 2 days? Is this i sign labour is close? Should i get it checked out? Baby is moving. Thanks x
