How would i get internet to my xbox 360 if...?

i dont want to move it. the router is not far but blocked by a brick wall and 2-3 more behide it? i dont know for sure if the xbox 360 adapter will work so i might get that and a Cisco-Linksys WRT54G2 Wireless-G Broadband Router to go with it but im still not sure if that will work and anyone help me?
