Did I reach my climax?

I recently bought a vibrator and when I put it to the place where pee comes out. It feels really good and my body down there spasms and my legs get warm. That happened the first couple times, Now it doesnt spasm. I feel super good all over. Have I been ing? Also when it gets done doing this I am super sensitive.
