Trying to concieve, unsure what LH surge and Transl results mean this month? I am confused?

I have 35 day (average) cycles. I took an ovulation predictor kit test on day 11-13 and they were all positive. Day 12 I had a transl ultrasound and it only showed 1 follicle at 12. I went in for another ultrasound on day 14 and that one was gone and my largest measured 1-2. What is going on, did I ovulate early or have I not ovulated yet? I have been trying to get pregnant for 2years. Please help!!!!
