Double standard on left with gay Portland mayor?

how is it a double standard, when it was two consenting adults (both over the age of 18)? Larry Craig was alledgely soliciting from a stranger in an airport bathroom. I don't understand the whole foot tapping thing, but I don't like that he plead guilty right of the bat because he wanted it to go away.
