How do I make yarn ball lanterns?

Get some little balloons that will be round when blown up. Soak your yarn on wallpaper paste, decoupage medium or white glue mixed with water, and wind it onto the balloon. Leave an opening for the light. When it's dry, pop the balloon. Get some lights on a string and put one into the hold, then secure with a little bit of masking tape. Make a whole bunch of to cover all the lights on the string.
