The pill will prevent pregnancy 99% of the time. If you are in a committed relationship, why use a condom too? But, if you sleep around you will also need to use a condom to prevent AIDS or VD. Pulling out is worthless and there is no point to doing that. If you take your BC pills faithfully every day you are 99% protected against pregnancy. If you forget pills, refer to you package insert for procedures there.
