Is my keyboard on my laptop under warranty?

Hello, i would like to ask if my laptop keyboard is under the warranty. I got this laptop in February 2009. The little clips/latches under the Backspace, space and the + on my numerical board have cracked and broken. Will they be replaced and my laptop is a Samsung R610. I am from the UK. Thank You
