So this guy told my best friend im ugly ,,& she didnt even defend me! help?

When I imagine someone ugly, I think of some fat chubby girl wearing thick gles and messed up teeth, not anything like you. I think you should just hate the guy who called you ugly because I think your best friend doesn't not like the guy. It's what I do when I don't like someone.
