Water changing pump for my fish tank?

Hey, I just got a 10 gal. fish tank and I could use some help with changing the water. I know I could theoretically scoop the fish out and lug the tank to dump the water, but I foresee many occasions where that could go horribly wrong. Instead, I would like to buy an aquarium vacuum pump, but I don't know where to start. I want something that does the job while not being too expensive. Also, I need one where it doesn't need to be hooked up to a faucet, I need one that can drain the water into a bucket or something. Thanks in advance!
