She's clearly not going to leave behind her career, family, and friends for you. I also think that if she truly loved you she wouldn't break up with you just because you are having trouble finding a job. You would be better off without her, but the decision is yours. If you want to stay together you will have to accept that it will be on her terms. Your needs don't seem to be a priority for her.
