What do you think of...?

It's okay. I like how they run off to Earth. However, I don't really like the reason. Why don't they want her in politics and power? Is their home planet's government corrupted? And why do they want a 'normal' life for her? Since they live on another planet, maybe being in politics and power is a normal thing. Create a government that's different from all government forms on Earth.
