Where can I get a copy of MS Encarta, in CD or DVD format?

I live in Trivandrum, Kerala. I have tried in vain to get a legal copy of MS Encarta encyclopedia, in either CD or DVD format. None of the stores in the city sells them. I don't have a credit card to buy it online. Now my only option seems to be is to buy a pirated copy. Can anyone please help me?
