Help my 14yr old is throwing temper tantrums?

My 14 never listens! i dont know what to do! Yesterday i fingured out she has been staying up almost every night till 2AM talking to her friends or listening to music. I have noticed that she has bags under her eyes and her eyes are a little red.. I told her i was concered about her heath so i told her im going to make a bed time for her at 11 or 11:30. She started criying hysterically and was saying its so not fair and none of her friends have bedtimes. Then she started yelling "I hate you, your so mean" and she said she is too old to have a bedtime. This went of for like 30 mins and i rlly coudnt take it so i told her to go to her room and she cant come out till i say so or else there would be serious concequenses. (i sent her to her room bc taking away stuff doesnt work for her she needs s/t to happen right away when she does s/t bad so i wanted her to calm down cus she waaas getting tense. When i came in to tell her she can come out she threw a pillow at me and said ur so mean and started crying again. So i told her to stay there for 10 mins and ill see then how she is behaving. When i walked in the 2nd time she was sleeping. Now she was giving me the sielent treatment!! idk i also cant stand it when she throws tantrums i feel so bad! waas i too mean?
