How do salesmen overcome objections?

i ran a used car lot for 4 years. think of what it would take for you to buy the product, what would you want to hear, and if you know you have tried all that, then you know sometimes you cant get everyone. there are times when you just go out and dont want to buy , but there are way more people who do , so just let it go and get the next.
