Place the roast in the crock pot and surround it with baby carrots, sliced onions, and cubed potatoes. Stir together a can of cream of mushroom soup, a packet of dried french onion soup mix, and one can of ginger ale. Sounds weird, I know, but trust me...it will make the most tender roast and the most delicious gravy. Season the meat first with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Cook on low for 6-8 hours depending on how big the roast is or 3-4 hours on high. Serve with freshly cooked rice and enjoy. Good luck!
