Safety amongst children.?

I do think good supervision by responsible adults would avoid such situations. I volunteer to help out at friends kiddies parties & most often am able to avert some such disaster. The other a kid decided to jump out of a bumpy car while it was moving. Luckily my partner & I were around to grab him & haul him out before he could hurt himself.
