What do you do when you find a missing pport?

I have lost my pport and I am a student Livin in Northern Ireland and my fmily live in England and I havent even got enough money for foo let alone another pport. My parents also have no money. I just want o be with my family at chsristmas! Its all I want, I cant stop crying, I dont know what to do. Im googled out looking for contact numbers to ring if you lose your pport. If someones found it, would they not have just handed it in to a police station or something? this is stupid!! Please please help me, i just cant believe this has happened, Im so upset xx
