Who is more articulate and experienced to hold office; Sarah Palin or Caroline Kennedy?

She's not running for president (the job of the VP is to be ready to be the president at all times), she's running for senate. Palin has more experience and both have the minimum qualifications for that seat. Kennedy is unproven and it would be a risk to appoint her, but it can be your first political job if you've got a starting point from major philanthropy and you grew up in politics. Probably shouldn't be, but it's reasonable. Palin has the experience to be a senator and may have tried to take Ted Stevens senate seat if he had won. For senate, unlike president, her criticisms wouldn't have been about experience, but purely based on bad policy and general idiocy.
